When I try to FTP into my directory, it doesn't let me in.
And what to do about it.
- Check your ftp configuration settings for your web directory to make sure you're FTP'ing into ftp.users.lynchburg.net with your correct username and password. If it isn't succeeding, what does the error message say to you?
- Next, make sure you're actually connected to the Internet. You'll see a flashing icon on the right hand side of your taskbar if you're connected.
- Last, check to make sure your username and password are entered correctly - no capital letters and no spaces.
- Failing all these, please call us at 237-2657 for more help. We'll be glad to help you.
