The America Online MythBuster

Myth 7:
Experiencing constant busy signals is normal.

Reality:
False

If your e-mail address ends in @aol.com, busy signals can be a way of life. At Lynchburg.Net, we work hard to ensure that there is sufficient line capacity for you to dial in and connect on the first attempt.

While no one in this industry can guarantee that you will never experience a busy signal, we don't expect you to wait fifteen or twenty minutes before finally being able to log on to the Internet. Such occurances are strangers to our service because we believe that no one should have to put up with them.
