Reinstall TCP/IP for Windows NT
  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and click on Control Panel.
  2. Double-click on the Network icon.
  3. Click on the Protocols tab.
  4. Click on the TCP/IP Protocol.
  5. Click the Remote button to uninstall.
  6. Click OK.
  7. You will be asked to reboot your computer.
  8. When Windows NT reloads, go back to Control Panel.
  9. Double-click on the Network icon again.
  10. Click on the Protocols tab.
  11. Click Add, select TCP/IP, and follow the prompts.
  12. You will be asked to reboot again.
  13. When NT reloads, RAS will be installed.
