Click View, then select either Options or Internet Options, depending on your browser version.
The first tab you will see is for General options. In the Address field, if it does not already have this, put http://home.lynchburg.net/ in the box.
Click on the Security tab. Medium is a reasonable default for this setting.
You normally do not have to set anything in the Content tab. Click on the Connections tab.
You should see a connection called Lynchburg.net listed under Dial-up Settings.
The option that says Always Dial my Default Connection should be selected. The Perform System Security Check option should be enabled as well.
The Advanced settings can be left as-is. Click OK.
