Changing Your Dial-up Number in Windows XP
1. Click on Start.
2. Click on Connect To.
3. Click on Show all connections.
4. Find your Dial-up connection profile. Use the right-mouse button and click on the profile you want to change.
5. You should see a drop down menu. Click on Properties.
6. Change the phone number to the new phone number.
7. Click OK and then go ahead and connect.

Changing Your Dial-up Number in Windows 95
1. Double-click on My Computer.
2. Double-click on Dial-Up networking.
3. You should see an icon called lynchburg.net.
4. Right-click on this icon.
5. Choose properties from the menu that pops up.
6. Change the phone number on the general tab to the phone number you need to dial. Click on OK.
7. Connect to the Internet as usual making sure the correct number shows up.

Changing Your Dial-up Number in Windows 3.x
1. Double-click on the Lynchburg.Net Icon.
2. Click on Properties at the bottom.
3. On the general tab change the phone number to the correct number for your location.
4. Click OK and then go ahead and connect.
