Set-Up Inc.
Located in NC, these guys organize the NC Triathlon Series. Their race schedule
gets bigger every year. Bill Scott, the "boss" at Set-Up, is super
friendly and runs a class act. Set-up has taken over the spring SML race (same
course, but the swim is 750m) and they host the fall SML race as well. Another
new race includes a duathlon at West Creek in Richmond on 4.12 (ask Jimbo about
West Creek).
Triathlantic Association
Another well-run organization. Many of their races are in the northern VA/MD/PA
area, with some being closer than the Set-Up races.

Blue Ridge Bicycle
Club
A pretty active club out in Roanoke. They have all kinds of organized rides,
including centuries, and put on a biathlon (run, bike) each summer.
Central VA Mountain Bike Association
A local organization that organizes mountain bike rides.
Odyssey Adventure Racing
For this of you with a more extreme appetite for racing, this page is for you!
Their main deal is adventure racing, but they also put on some decent tris:
