Technical Support

Job Description
You will be in charge of helping customers get connected to our service. You will also be involved in developing web sites for our customers.

Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in troubleshooting hardware and software problems relating to connecting one to the Internet. Knowledge of Microsoft's Internet Explorer, Internet Mail, and Internet News, and HTML is required. Knowledge of configuring modems & comm ports is also required.
