Here is a message from Steve Bozeman of the Lynchburg Area Triathalon Club.
Please read and  let's  try and help them out!

Hello to everyone out there. I don't know about you, but I'm getting
"spring fever" early this year.  I'm tired of the cold and snow stuff.
March is just around the corner - ye ha!  Glad to see Vince Decker on
board as Director of Sports Capital, which will help the runners and
other sports in the area.  The LATC can (and I'm sure will) help in the
organization of the Tri and Duathlon scheduled on May 5th in honor of
Gary Taylor.  Based on the projected turnout of participants, I will
need to use all the bike racks I have built, which will handle about
125 bikes.  What I do need from all you bikers is your "old, flat"
skinny tubes (700c or 27").  I use these to wrap and secure the bike
racks together during setup.  Sort of like a bungee cord when you
stretch them.  Either drop off at Bikes Unlimited or give to me.
Frank Anderson at Bike Unlimited will have a special box to collect
them in. I need about 100 more so start saving them for me.  Thanks.
