Teacher’s Page for "Periodic Table Trends" Lesson

Background: Students should be familiar with the terms – atomic radius, ionization energy, and electronegativity. Students should, also, have experience navigating the WWW (use of the back and forward buttons, using the "go" menu, etc.).

Time: My students worked in our internet lab, one student per computer, and did not finish the entire lesson in one 50 minute period. In fact two full periods could be used to complete the entire lesson.

Tips:

Teacher Input: E-mail me and let me know how things go. Send me your suggestions. I would like to include other teacher’s suggestions on this page.
