The purpose of this lesson is to help you more familiar with the jargon of the internet.The activity involved in this lesson will be to translate some sentences and phrases written in tech talk. To find the definitions of the words that you don't know you may click on any of the links listed below to connect to terminology sites. When you are done click on the answer page link to check your answers.

2. Drop a bookmark for that site.

6. To publish your page, you must ftp your html document to an ISP or upload it to your LAN server.
7. Most search engines allow the use of boolean operators.
8. Before you send email to the webmaster you need to read the FAQ file.
