Sidney F. Miller House French Second Empire built 1878 architect R.C. Burkholder. John W. Carroll had this house built for his daughter and her family. It is noteworthy that the original deed read that the house returned to his estate when she no longer needed it. This house is the mirror image of the house Carroll had built for his son William at 1020 Harrison.
Morris D. Binkley House Colonial Revival built 1906. Binkley was proprietor of Binkley’s Cut Rate Drug Store.
This Queen Anne was built in 1899 for Walter M. Carroll as rental property. The house was in the Carroll family until 1944.
This Colonial Revival was built in 1908. Like 1105, this house was built on speculation by Joseph W. Coleman and William D. Pendleton.
