Started in 1993, our neighborhood association was formed to preserve, protect, and promote the historical fabric of our national historic district neighborhood.

Currently, our association

• Promotes our neighborhood by:
• Publishing a walking tour brochure of the neighborhood
• Conducting an annual Christmas luminary tour
• Publicly announcing our monthly meetings
• Keeps our neighborhood clean and safe by:
• Conducting regular trash pickups
• Sharing crime deterrent ideas among our neighbors
• Inviting local law enforcement to speak at our meetings
• Stays abreast of pertinent government activities by:
• Attending local government committee meetings
• Investigating local, state, and federal programs that would provide assistance to our neighbors
• Attending other association meetings
